I am a USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold medalist as well as a USDF L-Graduate with Distinction! Together with my husband Doug we own a small private Dressage Training Barn in Glendale, AZ called Baughman Ranch llc!
 I was born and raised in Germany and moved to the US when I met my American  husband Doug back in 2005 ! We moved here end of 2006 after we got married in Germany, we have two kids, one who is 9 years old, and of course rides and competes in dressage.
I have been riding my whole life! Started early at age 4 in classical dressage riding school and competed up to 3rd level in Germany then I really wanted to check out jumpers so I started jumping at age 14 and competed up to the 1.35 m levels and was able to achieve my FN (German riding association similar to USEF) bronze certification in dressage as well as jumping and silver certification in jumping! I am also a USHJA Cat.1 certified hunter/jumper trainer although meanwhile I have to admit that my heart most definitely lies with dressage ! I have trained and ridden with some of the best national and international dressage trainers/riders in Europe and here in the US, a couple of them even being Olympic medalists and was therefore able so far to really improve and further my knowledge and my own riding skills and am constantly continuing my own education in this beautiful sport. I am very proud to share this knowledge with my clients in their lessons or while I train their horses and at pretty much all of our AZ dressage shows and championships ! I also judge local schooling dressage shows for all of our local dressage associations such as ADA and TDC ! Thank you.

My family and I have been boarding our horses at Baughman Ranch since 2015. As a first time horse owner and beginner rider, one of my highest priorities is safety for my family (including my young daughter) and horses. Whether it’s during a lesson, riding on our own, or just out enjoying our horses, Nathalie ensures we are safe while still being challenged and having fun.  We have relied on Nathalie for both purchasing and selling which can be a tall order for a beginner rider but through her knowledge, expertise, and connections in the horse world, we were able to find a perfect match! I've been a part of Baughman ranch for just about 4 years now. I've rode many horses with Nathalie, and have showed very consistently with great scores! I've gone from a complete beginner rider to a confident and poised equestrian! Nathalie is fun to work with and is always pushing for your best! I always feel safe while working with her, regardless if its in the show ring or at home. FGT is a great environment and I've learned so much from riding to general horsemanship.
